Dashboard Features

The Unite Square CRM dashboard contains a snapshot of your most important reports. The ability to see month to date numbers for new prospects versus sales gives you an advantage on the direction of your marketing plan. The growth rate of your potential prospects is one of the most important analytics that needs to be observed on a daily basis. This dashboard allows you to be able to see that the leads that are coming in are being worked properly and to the best of the company’s ability. Overall, this tool can increase the bottom line of your company.

Unite Square Features

The lead view can be accessed by the “Leads” tab at the top of the page, this allows you to be able to easily access all the newest leads by the date in which they are created. This tool allows you to view and update the status of any leads and pertinent information for contacting leads including phone number and email address.

You can open the lead by clicking the “Eye” icon on the right-hand side to view more detailed information.

The “Lead Detail” view provides an expanded view of all the data contained in the lead record. From this screen, you may edit any element of the lead data by clicking the applicable section. The detailed lead view allows you to see an initial timeline of all the events that have taken place while working this lead. You can also manage notes, schedule individual follow-up tasks, and send emails directly from the lead view. Any custom fields that have been created will be available within the attachments tab, and the custom detail tab with in the lead structure.

The “Task Tab” is your quick view of your Unite Square CRM tasks. This view contains a calendar to quickly organize your calls, follow ups and more. These are tasks that you have created from within the individual leads or have created from the task tab. Open up a task, click the leads name and it will take you directly to the lead that you are looking for, this will make daily task flow seamless.

Our forms are 100% flexible in their layout and design, so you can easily match the look and feel of your website. Our forms can be custom created for your company.
