Custom Lead Forms

A digital lead form gains permission from customers and prospects to collect their contact information. The ability to customize a lead form allows businesses to collect the unique data pertinent to their CRM. A custom lead form provides flexibility to add and delete submission fields. Form fields can include anything from standard name and phone number, mailing and email addresses to custom data fields significant to unique needs.

Email Templates

Like any template, an email template is a reusable outline. In this case, the template is used to create consistent, structured emails. Email templates are written in HTML, which is the standard coding language of the internet. These templates are used to build branded email campaigns.

Mass Email

Like mass mailings of the past, mass email marketing (an email blast) is the process of creating a single email message to send out to a large group. Also referred to as Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), this function of a marketing campaign is solely based on sending a single, standard email with a specific message to a targeted group of customers and/or prospects.

Medium/Source Reporting

Our software makes it simple to track the origin of valuable leads. The “Medium” refers to the type of traffic reaching your website (i.e., organic search, pay-per-click (PPC), web referral, etc.). The “Source” is the place where the traffic originated (i.e., search engine, outside link, etc.). Source/Medium Reporting provides accurate and complete data to enable businesses to enhance their efforts at reaching their target market.

Task Management with Calendar

Every business can benefit from improved management, enhanced data collection, and successful deadline completion. By creating a separate calendar for each project, broken down by assigned tasks, goals are more easily accomplished. Dashboard Features

The Unite Square CRM dashboard contains a snapshot of your most important reports. The ability to see month to date numbers for new prospects versus sales gives you an advantage on the direction of your marketing plan. The growth rate of your potential prospects is one of the most important analytics that needs to be observed on a daily basis. This dashboard allows you to be able to see that the leads that are coming in are being worked properly and to the best of the company’s ability. Overall, this tool can increase the bottom line of your company.

Lead View

The lead view can be accessed by the “Leads” tab at the top of the page, this allows you to be able to easily access all the newest leads by the date in which they are created. This tool allows you to view and update the status of any leads and pertinent information for contacting leads including phone number and email address.

 

You can open the lead by clicking the “Eye” icon on the right-hand side to view more detailed information.

Lead Detail View

The “Lead Detail” view provides an expanded view of all the data contained in the lead record. From this screen, you may edit any element of the lead data by clicking the applicable section. The detailed lead view allows you to see an initial timeline of all the events that have taken place while working this lead. You can also manage notes, schedule individual follow-up tasks, and send emails directly from the lead view. Any custom fields that have been created will be available within the attachments tab, and the custom detail tab with in the lead structure.

Task Tab

The “Task Tab” is your quick view of your Unite Square CRM tasks. This view contains a calendar to quickly organize your calls, follow ups and more. These are tasks that you have created from within the individual leads or have created from the task tab. Open up a task, click the leads name and it will take you directly to the lead that you are looking for, this will make daily task flow seamless.

Integrated with your website

Our forms are 100% flexible in their layout and design, so you can easily match the look and feel of your website. Our forms can be custom created for your company.
